My Story

   Hello there!! My name is Sheryl, better known as Gigi by my favorite little humans in the world. A little background: I absolutely fell in love with scoop shops while scrolling through Facebook reels one evening. I became obsessed with the concept, but I noticed that all of the shops were doing the same thing. Notebooks, pens, stickers, etc. So, the brain started working overtime as it does occasionally.

Being a mom myself and having two daughters and a daughter in law who have given me the most beautiful gifts a Gigi could ask for, I know how stressful becoming a new mommy can be. From pregnancy through the first year of life, mommy and baby go through sooooo many milestones and changes. It is often a crazy whirlwind of ups and downs that feel like a rollercoaster you can’t get off of. So, I thought how amazing it would be to take all the fun and mystery of a scoop shop and incorporate all the things (fun and not so fun) that are required for new moms and babies to have the healthiest, most stress-free, and FUN experience possible. And Gigi’s Scoop Shop was born!! I originally planned on a scoop shop completely focused on new moms and babies through all of the stages of motherhood. However, I received ALOT of requests to include a scoop for everyone. So that is what I have done. A scoop that is focused on new babies and a scoop for everyone!!

My hope is that you will allow me to be a small part of your life with some retail therapy and a little scoop mystery. I am extremely excited to start this new adventure and even more excited to meet all of you along the way.
